How does the custom process work?

1. Use the "contact us" page to email us with a brief description of what you are looking for. (If you would like to add images, please send us an email on info@empirewooduk.com)

2. We will review your requirement, and using a modelling app, we can show you a visible 3d model of your product, where you can choose any adjustments. We will also provide an estimated cost.

3. Once you and ourselves are happy with all the changes and dimensions, we will provide a final quote for the full build and postage. 

4. We generally have a 3-4week purchase to dispatch time, however some builds that are more complicated may take upto 6 weeks.

There are no fees or charges on the full process, just on the actual purchase of the piece if you wish to proceed.
