Shipping Policy;

All orders are dispatched from Empire Wood UK directly to the customer. 

All orders to the United Kingdom are free postage and packaging. Delivery times may vary and will be listed at the checkout. Made to order items are dispatched between 14-21 days and custom orders will be provided with a unique dispatch timeframe. When dispatched, UK orders should arrive within 72hours.

Orders to the EU are priced at a set rate and will include the relevant Country Taxes. Orders are dispatched between 14-21 days. Orders may take a further 7days to arrive at the destination.

We use various companies to dispatch orders including Royal Mail for small and medium parcels, Parcel Force for larger parcels and UPS for European postage. If you have any questions regarding the carrier or preference, this must be made clear prior to dispatch.

Orders cannot be refunded whilst in transit.
